Included scope
- Up to 4 hours of work and communication per month.
- Content edits, small interface changes and form checks in the agreed stack.
- We agree each task’s priority and deadline before work.
Project boundaries
- Monthly payment is in advance; unused hours do not roll over.
- New features, provider charges and round-the-clock support are separate. Fixes to our agreed brief do not consume the support allowance.
Timing and start
Monthly cycle. Response times and the schedule are agreed in the support plan.

Clear scope. Clear acceptance.
For standard websites: we first build the full agreed website, complete two revision rounds, then collect payment after approval, hand over source files and launch. An unapproved website creates no automatic payment obligation.
Domain, hosting, paid services, media spend, additional languages and out-of-scope work are charged separately.
Project work starts with access, data and technical-feasibility checks. Estimate, deadline and acceptance criteria follow review.
Work and live training are currently delivered in Russian. Website language and customer country are agreed separately.
Rouble prices cover the stated bounded scope; an international payment method is agreed before work.
