The personal data controller is individual entrepreneur (ИП) Бутусов Александр Александрович (Russian tax identification number, ИНН 165717593298; individual entrepreneur registration number, ОГРНИП 322169000120804), operating as SEOPRO. The controller receives information that you enter in the brief to respond to your enquiry and discuss the project. What information is stored
Selected services, brief language, your name and reply contact, a description of your business and task, location, links, website requirements, indicative budget and timing, consent and attached files. You can leave optional fields blank. Do not send passwords, passport, banking or medical information, or other people’s personal data.
Where your enquiry is stored
The form sends information to this website’s server. The enquiry text is stored in Cloudflare D1 and files in private Cloudflare R2 storage through the Sites platform. Storage may take place outside your country. Files are not published in a public directory. The viewing link contains a secret key. Anyone you share that link with can read the enquiry and download its attachments: keep it for yourself and for discussion with SEOPRO.
The website owner accesses enquiries through protected management tools. After an enquiry is saved, the website sends a notification containing your contact and a short description of the enquiry to the owner’s private Telegram chat through the Telegram Bot API. Attachments, the secret viewing key and campaign tags are not included in the notification. Telegram processes the information under its own rules; processing may take place outside your country. The enquiry remains saved even if the notification cannot be sent. Automatic email and WhatsApp notifications are not enabled.
Clicking a WhatsApp link takes you to a Meta service. After you complete the brief, a button may prepare a message with the enquiry number and selected services. The secret enquiry link is not included in that message. You send the message yourself. WhatsApp’s terms and privacy rules apply.
Retention and deletion
We use the data to review your enquiry and communicate about the project. We agree any further retention period during our cooperation. To delete an enquiry or withdraw consent, write to the number above and include the enquiry number. The enquiry is used only to discuss your request; for further cooperation, we agree the processing terms separately.
Technical data
The server applies technical limits to protect the form from spam and overload; these use a hash of the IP address. The hosting provider may process technical request logs under its own rules. This website does not save a draft of the brief in your browser. Advertising pixels are not connected in this version.
Optional analytics
Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics are off by default on public pages. There is an analytics section and a “Settings” button at the bottom of the page. In the settings you open, you can separately accept or decline each service. No automatic window is shown when you enter the website. Previous Yandex Metrica consent is retained and does not include Google Analytics: Google requires a separate explicit choice.
If you consent, the relevant service uses cookies, a browser identifier and technical information about visits, devices and actions: opening the brief, successfully saving an enquiry, following a WhatsApp link, clicking the telephone number and opening a demo project. Google also receives basic information about the start and duration of a visit. A successful enquiry is recorded only after the server saves it, if consent for the relevant analytics was given before submission and remains active when the response is received. Events that occurred before consent are not sent later. Your name, contact, brief text, files, enquiry number and secret link are not sent to analytics. URLs sent to Google contain no query parameters or fragment; campaign tags and yclid are not sent to Google.
Webvisor, automatic click maps, link tracking and automatic collection of form, download and search events are disabled. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are not enabled. Analytics is not installed on the enquiry viewing, owner inbox or sign-in pages.
Declining either service does not prevent you from using the website or submitting an enquiry. Each choice is saved separately in your browser and applies on later visits. You can change it with the “Settings” button at the bottom of public pages. Closing the window without choosing does not grant new consent. When you decline, the service stops sending new statistics; data already sent cannot be recalled. Declining Yandex Metrica deletes the current session’s campaign tags saved by this website. Declining Google deletes the cookies created by this Google Analytics integration. The services may process information outside your country under their own rules: Yandex privacy policy, Google privacy policy.
Campaign tags in an enquiry
Limited campaign tags from the current public page address may be stored together with the brief: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and numeric yclid. They help identify where an enquiry came from and are submitted as part of the enquiry with your consent to processing the brief. The full page URL, referrer, URL fragment and secret viewing key are not added to the enquiry for this purpose. If you separately allow Yandex Metrica, the website may keep these tags in the current tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes to retain the source when you move between public pages. Without Yandex Metrica consent, navigation tags are not stored in your browser.
